We had a most enjoyable stay at Village Central Beach Cottage. The location was great, so close to beach and street. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host kept us informed and was most helpful.

Thank you for your lovely review!
We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at 10 Garrick Street and made the most of the fantastic location. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime 🌴
Enjoyed the property. Feel a few bits could do with updating. The non stick frying pans were in a bad state, although i did not inform the manager. The oven was in good working order. the BBQ i found to be very good. One of the Sun Loungers was broken beyond repair and so was the clothes rack. These were replaced in two days. Maybe a folder with local information, restaurants etc would be useful. If it was there and i missed it then thats my fault. Overall as I said I enjoyed it. The lady Managing it was helpful when i asked things.

About the host
Hosted by Nadine
My husband and I have owned and operated The Pink Company Real Estate since 2009. We have made Port Douglas our home for the last 30 years, raising our 3 daughters in this beautiful, safe area. I love promoting our town and shire and never take it for granted that we live in paradise.
Why they chose this property
Port Douglas is the jewel in the crown of Tropical Far North Queensland, nestled between the world’s largest coral reef system - the Great Barrier Reef and the world's oldest tropical rainforest - the Daintree Rainforest.
'Port' is a relaxed, village vibe with world-class restaurants, cafes, spas, golf courses, and retail therapy.
It's a foodie's haven, a fisherman's dream, a diver's mecca, and a holiday maker's total relaxation hub.
What makes this property unique
This is one of only a handful of the original Port Douglas beach cottages left. The perfect blend of vintage coastal charm with modern, comfortable furnishings and amenities.
