Room was clean and spacious. Great vicinity to both shops and restaurants. Only downfall was the pool was too shaded - deck chairs area was pretty much shaded by lunchtime. Only other gripe was the lifts - they always seemed so full. Obviously very busy time of year but they seemed so slow - didn’t like waiting 10 min for a lift.

With the pool area, it’s interesting how seasonal sun angles change the experience. In the height of summer, many guests actually love the shaded areas around the pool, as it provides a welcome break from the heat. As the months get cooler, the sun sits lower in the sky and the pool receives direct sunlight for much longer throughout the day. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lifts. During peak holiday periods the building can be extremely busy, and unfortunately lift wait times are something outside of our control, but we do understand how frustrating that can be. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for staying with us. Steve
