distance to the heart of town, Marina and Four Mile Beach.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property
has all the conveniences of home. Downstairs has an open-plan
lounge, dining and kitchen. French doors open out onto the private
courtyard with barbeque and alfresco dining, perfect for
entertaining after a day at the reef. Upstairs you will find three
bedrooms, one with ensuite and a shared family bathroom. The
master bedroom has french doors that open onto a balcony
overlooking the swimming pool.

Designed with the tropical climate in mind the louvres throughout
the villa take advantage of the magnificent breezes. Sit back and
