There is A.C. in the Master bedroom and open-plan Living area, and the surrounding lush green gardens make this the ultimate stay for families visiting Geelong and the Surf Coast. The home would also perfectly suit a team working on a nearby project, who need a convenient fully furnished place to stay.

The Space:
This beautiful home is laid out over one level, with double garage access and lush back yard.
The four bedrooms are kept comfortable with ducted heating throughout, double-glazed windows, ceiling fans, and AC in the living area and Master bedroom.
The home is perfectly located in the suburb of Mount Duneed, which is a 10 min drive to Geelong CBD or 13 mins down to the beautiful nearby beaches of Torquay.
Mount Duneed has everything you need close by, including local coffee shops, parks, and children’s playgrounds a few minutes’ walk away. There is a local shopping centre a 5-minute drive away with all the essentials such as Coles, chemist, liquor store and popular eateries.
Approaching the home, you are greeted with lush landscaping.
Walking through the timber-framed entry into the wide entrance hallway, there is a home library next to the first bedroom.
The first bedroom hosts a double bed, bedside tables, built-in robe, and study nook.
Opposite is the second bedroom which holds a queen bed, built-in robe, bedside tables, and grand timber wardrobe.
Next up is the Main Bedroom which includes a marvellous king bed with wooden base and matching bedside tables, a ceiling fan, A.C., and access to the spacious side yard and gardens through glass sliding doors. Through the walk-in robe of the master suite, you enter a spacious ensuite with a double vanity, large mirror and walk-in double shower.
Straight up the hallway the home opens into the kitchen, dining and living area. There is no shortage of bench space across the kitchen’s marble benches, which are shown off by hanging feature lights. The Chef’s kitchen comprises of two bench tops, walk-in pantry and all the crockery, utensils, dinnerware and appliances you need to cook up a feast for the family. The appliances include a gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, double door fridge, slow cooker, rice cooker, kettle and ALDI coffee pod machine.
Off the end of the kitchen is the dining area, sitting a 6-seater wooden dining table to share meals over and play board games together. To the right of the open area is the lounge, kept cool by the split system air-conditioner and ceiling fan, or nice & snug by the ducted heating which flows through the home. The lounge room hosts two plush leather couches, wooden coffee table and smart TV with DVD Player and with Free WIFI Available.
Glass stacker doors bring the breeze through from the Alfresco area.
The covered alfresco includes an outdoor 6-seater dining table and large BBQ to sizzle up the crew a tasty lunch. The backyard wraps around the side of the home, featuring well-kept gardens and lush green grass for the kids to run around on.
Popping back inside, off the kitchen area and into the hidden rear hallway you have the laundry which includes a washer, dryer, trough, and plenty of bench space, as well as a place to hang garments.
Next door is the separate water closet, alongside the main bathroom. The Main bathroom includes a vanity, shower, and bath. Lastly tucked in the back left of the property is the fourth bedroom comprising of lovely rich stained timber furnishings, a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and dresser plus the built-in robe.
Altogether this home has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a large family visiting others in the area or wanting the option to head into beach or town. There is plenty of space with four separate beds for workers coming to the area to work on local projects or working in Geelong but wishing to relax somewhere quieter at the end of the day.
There is access to the double garage, and additional room in the driveway as well as free on-street parking.

Guest Access
Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival.
48 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out, with specific details on the location of the key safe and code.
You will not need to come to our office to collect.

The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Aristotle Street in the ever-growing suburb of Mount Duneed, with local cafes a short walk away.
Within a few minutes walking distance there is an oval which is dog-friendly and a playground for the kids.
There is a local shopping Centre just a 5-minute drive across the Surf Coast Highway. The shopping centre has Coles, a Chemist, Doctors, dentist, Fruit and vegs, Local marketplace, Anytime fitness and plenty of eateries.
It’s a convenient 13-minute drive to Torquay beaches, or 10 minutes into Geelong up the Surf Coast Highway.

Getting Around
If you’re not bringing your own vehicle there is public transport via the local bus network accessible down the end of the road, a 3 min walk away, along Sovereign Drive.

We ask that every guest read and understand our booking terms summarised below. Breach of these terms may lead to the cancellation of your booking before or during your stay.

The guest needs to be 25 years of age or over to book the property and accept these terms.


1) Prohibited Activity

- Parties that cause disturbance to neighbours are strictly prohibited during your stay. Events, functions or visitors can be permitted upon prior request on initial booking. All our homes have noise monitoring devices installed. These devices do NOT record conversations and only monitor the db level in the room.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning fees.

2) Departure
- We ask that you leave the property reasonably tidy and secure on departure. This includes washing of dishes or stacking the dishwasher and turning it on as you leave, rubbish placed in bins, all personal belongings removed from the property, securing windows and doors, turning off heating/cooling and turning off all lights.
- Please note that we will charge additional cleaning fees should you choose to leave the property in an unclean or untidy manner.

3) Cancellations
- Please ensure you read and understand the cancellation policy once you have booked. We provide free cancellation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking regardless of the policy, allowing you time to acknowledge and understand the terms of your booking. After 24 hours the policy you have booked is now applicable. All refunds after this period will incur a 5% administration fee on the amount collected to cover the processing of the refund.

4) Damages, missing items or unexpected cleaning
- All breakages and damages must be reported to Regional Escapes. Failure to report them will likely result in an extra charge applicable to the cost of the damaged items. No contents are to be removed from the property. Charges apply if an item/s is taken and not returned.
- Damaged, torn or stained linen, sheets, towels, donnas, quilts, pillows and couches will be charged at the applicable replacement cost
- If extra cleaning is required this is charged at a per-hour rate with public holiday and weekend surcharges applicable.
- If there are any charges applicable after your stay, we will communicate these with you including providing photographic evidence for your reference.

5) Pets
- Small pets will be considered, subject to approval. They are welcome to come inside through the small doggy door, but please do not allow them into the carpeted areas.

7) Complaints
- If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact us via the booking channel for assistance.
- We will require photos should you wish to claim reimbursement for any issues reported
- We will do our best to rectify any issues promptly to ensure an enjoyable stay. A high-level guest experience is of the highest priority for our entire team.
