Nestled in the coastal neighbourhood of Henley Beach, walk-up to this third-floor boutique apartment exuding relaxed, seaside living. It showcases light and bright interiors with beautiful artwork, warm timber tones and contemporary finishes equipped with ducted heating and cooling. There is also a couple of deck chairs and a beach shade for your use.

There is a spacious sofa encouraging cosy nights at home with board games, books or your favourite TV show. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining table for four and a coffee machine to enjoy slow mornings at home.

Each of the two bedrooms has been thoughtfully appointed with plush textures and come with ceiling fans, heating and cooling to keep you comfortable. Both offer queen-sized beds with smart alarm clocks and wireless charging on both sides. The master has a chest of drawers for storing your belongings and a dedicated workspace with a stand-up, sit-down desk for flexible working.

Instantly feel refreshed within the high-end bathroom featuring a rain shower, toilet and light-up mirror. Internal laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays.

Just 20 minutes’ drive from the city centre, Henley Beach offers an idyllic seaside lifestyle with a vast sandy shoreline, crystal waters and photogenic sunsets. Centred around Henley Square, its restaurants and bars are bustling in the evenings as revellers come to check out the magnificent view. Dine alfresco at Melt Henley or SeaSalt or grab a drink from the Henley Surf Lifesaving Club or Ramsgate Hotel, watching as the sky changes colour overhead. Do as the locals and test your balance stand-up paddle boarding off the beach or try your luck fishing from the jetty. At Henley Square you’ll find everything from fashion boutiques to coffee shops and grocers, as well as arts and crafts markets held on the last Sunday of the month.
