The home was perfect for our family of 5! It was perfect in every way. Beds were super comfortable, fireplace was lovely, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and it was super clean! Host was very responsive and location was fabulous! Will stay there again! Also… hot tub was awesome!

We love starting our day with a soak in the hot tub. We also take turns making meals in the kitchen. It’s walking distance to downtown for the stroll and shopping.

The house is an amazing place to stay. The care and attention to detail is second to none. I haven't stayed at a rental property that has come close to providing the atmosphere and comfort this property has. There was even a bowl of assorted snacks in the kitchen, which our group definitely enjoyed.

Relaxed in Red Lodge!

This is the second year coming to Red Lodge to ski. The Rowan House was perfect for our family. We all had our own space and the family space to watch movies and play games was comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain. We enjoy walking TJ town to shop and eat, so the location is perfect! Can’t rave enough about it!

Very nice family stay in Red Lodge. House is beautiful and within easy walking distance of downtown. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen. Regular coffee pot with regular coffee available. Britta water picture in fridge. Will recommend to others coming to Red Lodge.

Fantastic Home

Family of five - Dad, Mom and three young adult children. In a word, amazing. Of the dozens of rental homes we have stayed in throughout the US, the Carribean, and Europe, this is by far the best. From the top-of-the line appliances, to the great cookware and dishes, to the comfortable beds and great bathrooms, to the quick responses from the owner to the questions we had during our stay. Plenty of space such that we never felt crowded and could always find a quiet room if needed. Five-minute walk to downtown Red Lodge, which is in the running with Telluride as our favorite mountain town. Next time we visit Red Lodge we will not bother searching for another home.

Rowan House

We have rented nice homes through VRBO in other areas over the years, but we all agree that Rowan House is the best we've occupied. The house was immaculate, furnished beautifully, and very well laid out and equipped. It suited our family of five adults perfectly. Everything felt new and fresh - inside and outdoors. Our spare time was spent hiking at Custer's Forest, Palisades Trail, and Wild Bill's Lake. We drove the Beartooth Highway, which was spectacular. Our niece's wedding was held close by at beautiful Fox Fields. We even saw the aurora (Northern Lights) one night! And wild flowers were in bloom everywhere. We feel very lucky.We highly recommend this house to anyone planning to visit Red Lodge!Lea and Charlie

Exceptional stay

We have stayed at quite a few vacation rental homes, and Rowan House tops the list. We had an exceptional stay! The location is excellent- we enjoyed the short stroll to downtown Red Lodge to wander or visit our favorite bakery. The home is not only in perfect new condition, but is also very clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully curated. We love cooking and greatly appreciated the well-appointed the kitchen with quality items and appliances. We had everything we needed and felt very much at home (with the addition of a hot tub and fun activities!). There were so many thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable, communication was streamlined, check in and check out were simple and easy. Overall, our host and our stay were truly outstanding! We highly recommend Rowan House, and we look forward to future visits.

Amazing Stay! Very clean, spacious, pristine and everything we had hoped for!

The Rowan house is definitely a high end destination all on its own! Red Lodge is a cozy, historic town at the base of the mountains with skiing, hiking, and shopping! This home is very high end and set up beautifully! There is a Primary Suite with dual sinks a massive tub, and walk-in shower. All of the rooms have their own bathroom, spacious closets, and black out curtains. Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains! The open floor plan was perfect for hanging out, and the fireplace added extra coziness. I enjoyed the fact that the TV was set up for me to log into my own subscription service so I could finish a movie I had started. I also fell in love with the fancy dishwasher drawers! With a very stylish and gourmet kitchen, it had everything we needed and more! I also enjoyed having a breakfast counter out of the way from where we all hung out. In the laundry room I was pleasantly surprised to find a handheld steamer next to the iron, it made our night out hassle free! The hot tub was also a highlight of our stay! We were within walking distance of downtown which was very convenient. Having a heated triple garage was also nice for security! The dining table was also great for game night! Thankfully they had games next to the fireplace. We felt right at home in this very well designed, and well furnished home! I will definitely be planning another stay!

This home is so very well laid out and comfortable. Probably one of the best or the best we've stayed at. It was also immaculate! There was plenty of space for us inside and outside. The walkability to downtown RL was a 10! The mountain views...stunning. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive! I would highly recommend this lovely home and would love to stay when we come back to Red Lodge!
