Very clean, well stocked, and beautiful views!!! Elevator was fast and beach access was easy. The ice maker, extra beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice perk. Beds were comfortable and the layout was spacious!! Get ready to see some dolphins when you wake up!

Such a great vacation!! Condo was beautiful! Family friendly! Our grandbabies had the time of their lives (even though the beaches were closed due to TS Bertha). The condo was clean. No noise complaints. Loved waking up to the dolphins putting on a show!

The condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We had been told we could put a canopy up and took one with us only to find they were not allowed. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time and we wouldn't have hauled one all the way there

Great stay!

This place was beautiful and accommodated us all with three large bedrooms with 3 full baths. Within a mile from good restaurants and grocery store. Easy access to pool and beaches. Very nice amusement park across street if you had children. Beautiful, definitely would stay again!

The beach view was beautiful, location was perfect, communication with host was prompt and efficient. Overall, the description of the condo was completely accurate. The reason for our rating was a constant running toilet in the middle/hall bathroom upon arrival, as well as the unclean state of the bathroom with feces on seat, dirty entrance and patio rugs, lampshades in disarray, etc. Upon communicating these issues, we were informed that the toilet would be repaired and the cleaning company would be there the earliest the morning after our check in. This did happen and the bathroom was cleaned and after two trips the toilet was fixed. It would have been nice to have this done before checking in, as it presented an inconvenience for our 8 person girls trip. On a positive note, our flights were delayed and we were able to extend our stay one extra day with ease. The middle bathroom really needs some attention. Size of condo was great for us and overall we had a wonderful time.

Our second year in this unit and it doesn't disappoint. The upgrades were noted and we love the little desk in the bedroom as we work while there. Extra ice maker is awesome--particularly as the water and ice in the new refrigerator had a plastic / poor taste. Tap water and ice from the extra ice maker were key!

Great Vacation Spot

This was a great condo! Sunrise and sunsets could be seen from the porch. The grounds are well maintained and the condo is in a gated community. Condo was everything we could have wished for. Great vacation.

We will book again and again, the location , the view , THE MATTRESSES !! They did not skimp on this , thank goodness. I'm older and while it might seem frivolous to some . To me it makes or breaks the stay.

Every thing was ok this was my 4th year at the jade east towers. The security gaurds were over the top this year on the hour every hour asking for wrist bands. Telling us we had the wrong color and gave us attitude everytime. We only had what was supplied to us. But other than that the stay was good.

My New Happy Place

This vacation was just what I needed…beach, beach, and more beach. To be able to walk out to the beach so easily and have a chair with umbrella waiting every day was perfect (extra cost for chairs and umbrellas but well worth it). The pool was warm which was perfect with the windy night air. The kids loved having their own spaces to retreat to as well. Rather than renting boogie boards from the umbrella place we bought them from 5 Below for 5 each and then gave them to another family when we left. You definitely get your moneys worth doing it that way.
