It’s recommended you map your journey to us to ensure clarity. We are available for contact should you get lost; however, pls be aware that while we do our absolute best to respond immediately, a reasonable time frame to expect a response from us is within 1 hour (as per policy) .

Wonderful Wollongong stay
We had a wonderful stay at Nelly’s. The apartment had everything and more we could possibly need for our family of five! Fabulous location, walking distance to the harbour, and to crown st mall with all its shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent, prompt response and understanding flexibility when we needed to change the dates of our stay. Would not hesitate to book again.

Worst Experience
I had 2 bookings with this host. The first was booked and paid for, she then put up the price 2 weeks later, and the booking was cancelled. The second booking, she didn't send through access information, declined us access to the property, yet still kept the money. Spoke to Support many times and they said it was her responsibility to refund, which she never did. Taking to Department of fair Trading as you can't not provide a service, yet keep the money.
