Great location, Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park, close to town, neighbors a little close but no problem. Everything was as it was said in the ad. Highway noise a little problem but not much. Overal, have stayed in Grand Lake several times and this place is one of the best places we have stayed in

Great location close to downtown Grand Lake and also close to entry to Rocky Mountain National Park. We could be through the gate and looking at wildlife in the park in about 10 minutes. The house is very comfortable with lots of space to relax, great beds, etc. This was the best equipped rental house we have ever visited. Kitchen supplies, towels, etc were very well stocked. We appreciated the coffee, tea, and snacks.Communication with Kent was easy and quick. Highly recommend this place!

The property was just as described in the listing. The view was beautiful and it was a great way to start your morning with a cup of coffee and end with a cocktail by the fire pit. Everything you could need in a kitchen to cook meals, down to the condiments. We also brought our dog and there were dog bowls provided which is a nice touch in case someone forgets. Bees were comfortable, and the cherry on top are the heated floors in the primary! That was a pleasant surprise. My family had a great time, and wanted for nothing.

This lovely home had everything one could need for a week's stay - very nice towels, linens, and well stocked kitchen supplies. The house is cozy, the deck is great. So close to the town of Grand Lake as well as the west entrance to RMNP. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Family Christmas Stay

We stayed there over the course of Christmas. Host was great and even had it nicely decorated for the holiday. House is well stocked, comfortable and easy to accommodate lots of mixed ages. The only feedback is to have some more blankets on the beds!

From the owner: "Thank you for the review and feedback Bridget! We're glad your family enjoyed your holiday stay at the Bears Den. We do add extra blankets in every bedroom closet and have multiple blankets available in our guest closet during the winter months. Sorry, we didn't alert you to their availability. I will make sure to alert future guests about these accommodations. Cheers"

Nice home as advertised. The only drawback for people in their 70’s was the steps to haul the luggage and stuff up. Add the high altitude for me and it was hard on us. Again it is a very nice place.

Cabin getaway of our dreams

Our group had an amazing weekend at this beautiful cabin! The lake view was truly incredible, providing a picturesque backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for our ice fishing excursions and having the large driveway to turn our trailers around was a definite bonus. The cabin itself was spotless and had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay - including a fully stocked coffee bar. We will definitely be returning for another relaxing visit soon!

Great stay in Grand Lake

We really enjoyed the week here! Grand Lake is convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park as well as Winter Park and Granby. The neighborhood is quiet - we enjoyed watching the chipmunks play around the house. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and the beds were comfy! We loved the added bonus of looking out over the lake while we ate breakfast. Highly recommend!!
