Nestled in amongst the lush green vines of Okahu Estate Winery is this unique modern Tudor styled two bedroomed apartment. Standing alongside the Okahu Cellar Door- perfect for all those wine lovers. Nip next door for a drop of Shipwreck Bay or Okahu Syrah and embrace the feeling of Tuscany with its sunny courtyard surrounded by natural gardens set back from the vineyard. Here is where you can take in the ambience over a sip of fine wine and enjoy that break away. Take a stroll amongst the vines and look out across to the sand dunes of Ahipara. A very special experience central to a Links Golf Course, Ahipara Beach and Kaitaia town centre. A great way to experience the Far far North in style. A cosy living space with everything you need, master bedroom on lower level with slider out to the courtyard, and a second room with two singles on the upper floor.
