This beautiful home has everything you need for a relaxing time by the beach. It is located in a quiet estate, opposite a great reserve with a playground suitable for toddlers. Within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and a short 5 minute drive to the heart of Cowes, where there is an abundance of delicious cafes, restaurants and shops.

The Space
Please note that we do not accept parties under any circumstances and the pool is only availabe for use between November 01 to February 28. the pool is heated over the the three months. The pool is very cold for the rest of the months and if you want tio use it , this is up to you.

This lovely home is perfect for 2 families or a group. The two storey home has 5 spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate living areas. Take your pick of things to do – read a book on the comfy couches downstairs or in the upstairs leisure area, play a board game, sit back and watch a DVD on the large screen television or enjoy the stunning outdoor facilities.

The indulgent outdoor entertaining area has everything you need to relax! Complete with solar heated pool, that is maintained at 27-28 degrees (as long as there is sunshine!) and ONLY availabe from 01 November to 28 February. Cook your own woodfire pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven or create a meal on the easy to use BBQ. With a convenient outdoor fridge and comfortable outdoor setting, you will surely feel like you have found your own slice of paradise.

The lower level has an open plan design with a big kitchen, large dining table and recliner lounge, which opens onto the amazing outdoor area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large Tecknika gourmet oven, dishwasher, fridge (complete with ice maker) and Nespresso coffee machine.

The first master bedroom, with a King bed, big screen television, large walk in robe and grand ensuite including a bath, is located on the ground floor. There is also another bedroom with a queen bed and full ensuite on the ground floor. This bathroom has dual access to the living areas. The second master bedroom also with king bed, television, spacious walk in robe and ensuite is upstairs. On this floor is another bathroom with a heated spa bath and separate toilet. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and the fifth bedroom has a double bed bunk and separate single bed.

The luxury continues with separately zoned ducted heating and airconditioning, double garage and long driveway, perfect for those wanting to bring their boat!

All towels and bed linen are supplied. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience. only form 01 Novemebr to 28 February.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
