Guest Access:
Guests will have a private entrance to this lower level unit, and access to the entire unit. It is not shared. As with many DC apartments, there are other people residing in the upstairs of the house, so please be mindful of the noise levels and you may hear some sound run off from the upper unit.

Our neighborhood is blissfully quiet all night long. There are people living in the unit above the rental, so during the day, you can expect to occasionally hear footsteps, and the sounds of people leaving or arriving.
