This updated ocean front condo is located on the ground floor (no stairs/steps) - Great for people with mobility issues or young/old families. The beach is only steps from your personal patio.
Open concept, spacious floor plan, upgraded oak/granite kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal by the beach, while watching the sunset from your chopping board. Kitchen includes: setting for 12 (dishes, cutlery, glasses), premium pots/pans, serving trays, variety of stocked spices, coffee/tea/sugar, and basic fridge condiments.
Bedrooms include all new mattresses dressed in 100% premium cotton linens, feather down pillows, cotton bedspreads, and high quality bath/beach towels. Each bedroom is equipped with custom drapery including blackout lining to aid with jet-lag sleep-ins. Extensive effort is put into ensuring the condo is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard between guests.
The sofa bed in the living room folds out to a full queen (new bamboo cotton mattress without springs). During your entire stay the condo will be fully stocked with: toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, shampoo/conditioner, soap, sunscreen, laundry/dishwasher detergent, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, trash bags, vacuum, brooms, and cleaners. No need to purchase any essentials while on your vacation!
Both ends of the unit have 2 very secure, lockable, screen doors allowing for the ocean breeze without worry. The condo also includes free wifi, and a landline phone with free calling to US/Canada.
The complex includes 5 state of the art BBQs surrounding the pool, hot tub, 2 saunas, pool bathrooms, and pool cabana kitchen (stove/fridge/sink).
Please note - if sand is left on toys, swimming gear, fins, etc. added cleaning costs may apply. if dishes are left in sink, added cleaning will apply. If coverlets are damaged with black luggage wheel marks, damages may be assessed.
