The Space:
This 1-bedroom condo is perfect for up to 4 guests (Kindly be aware that the guest headcount of 4 includes babies and toddlers. This means that the maximum occupancy must be 4 regardless of age. Unfortunately, this is a requirement due to complex administrative regulations.) with 110 sqm of space and excellent amenities combined with an amazing view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta - Playa de Oro. As you step into the 8th-floor condo, you’re greeted by a welcoming space with incredible views! The sitting area has been outfitted with cozy seating, a wall-mounted TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that give access to your private balcony. Take a seat and enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare any meal of the day, and there’s indoor and outdoor seating for enjoying meals at home.

There’s a cozy king bed facing a wall-mounted TV and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that give access to the balcony. Plus, the sofa can accommodate 2 guests for extra sleeping space if needed. The modern bathroom features a large soaking tub and a movable shower head.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo.

The Neighborhood:
Staying at Icon, in the heart of the hotel zone, you’ll be steps from one of the top beaches in Puerto Vallarta - Playa de Oro. You’ll be right in the middle between the flea market near Puerto Magico and La Isla Shopping Village. Plus, you’ll be about 15 minutes from the city center.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, about 3.8 km or 2.4 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions and the code will be provided before your arrival.
