Property was very nice, clean, and had the perfect location. Just a few blocks from the beach plus a pool, can’t beat it. Only negative was the booking process, seemed to need way more information than most bookings.

Fantastic layout on this home, very comfortable and spacious house and the soaker tub is very nice along with the top floor kids room. Great kitchen and well stocked with everything you will need for cooking and fantastic outdoor bbq! 2 blocks to the best beach! Items to Note if you stay here: The pool wasn’t heated (cost was additional 500/wk for heating) and there are no: warm blankets, shampoo, salt, coffee, cooking oil, laundry detergent, extra garbage bags, cleaning basics, etc. As long as you bring those along you will have an amazing stay at this incredible home.
Love this terrace off the master bedroom

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are pleased that you enjoyed the layout of the home, the spacious and comfortable design, and especially the soaker tub and top floor kids’ room. It is wonderful to hear that the kitchen setup and outdoor BBQ enhanced your stay, and we agree that being just a couple of blocks from the beach offers an exceptional location. Regarding pool heating, this is an optional amenity offered at the discretion of the individual owner for an additional fee, and we appreciate you highlighting this for future guests. For household and consumable items, details on what is provided in the unit can be found in the “What to Bring” section of the Guest Portal that is sent to all guests 14 days prior to arrival. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us continue enhancing the guest experience. We are thrilled you had an enjoyable stay overall and look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Your Southern Team

Girls weekend!!!!

We had a lovely stay!! The only weird concern was that none of the outlets in the bathrooms worked upstairs or downstairs. Other than that, property was very clean & our stay was absolutely wonderful. The walk to the beach was not as long as I thought & you are within walking distance of a cutie little cafe!

Spring break getaway for 3 families

We spend 3 days at this lovely home. We had 3 families with children (aged 10 months to 16years old) stay here and we fit very comfortably. We had everything we needed to cook. Would recommend bringing spices (salt/pepper, oil etc) but had all the utensils needed. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed it all day. Walking distance to a public access beach. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Close walk to the beach and close to stores/restaurants. My kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all of us. All of the furniture was very comfortable. They did not have extra toilet paper or trash bags so you will have to buy those if you need them. Also, would have like to have had more beach equipment (like a wagon, towels, more chairs, and umbrella) to use when we went to the beach. The house was very clean. One thing I didn’t like was I was out relaxing by the pool and a pool guy came into the back yard without warning while I was laying there tanning. It would have been nice to have some warning. Even though that happened I would definitely stay again.

Beach Vacation May 2023

Overall I was happy with the place. Unrelated to the rental, if you're a beach person I would recommend getting to the beach early and setting up your spot because the area where you can stay (Public Access) is limted. Most of the places on the beach have somehow claimed/reserved the beach in front their property for their customers.

Great House

House was wonderful and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Public beach access is terrible in this area though. The roped off beach areas for hotels and condos has ruined the beach experience for house rental. Loved the house but sorry to say I’ll never return to Destin

Awesome house...........

WOW, what a great house and location, I will definitely be coming back to this one for sure. This house is beautiful! We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was truly heated. It was amazing!!!! The neighborhood was also beautiful and the beach was literally one longer block down, so close: the beach was beautiful with white sand. I cannot say enough good things about this house and the location see you soon .

Beautiful house - Awesome pool area

Our family of 12 people had a great time at Emerald Dreams! We really enjoyed the backyard pool area! The house was very clean and everyone had plenty of room. The decor was very nice and beachy and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t cook, but the outdoor grill area was really nice with the bar and would be great for cooking out by the pool. We ended up driving and parking at the Crab Trap for the beach. We usually eat seafood when we are here but we tried the Italian restaurant in the shopping plaza right across the road
