No complaints but nothing special. A place to lay our heads at night. Other guest and owners were very nice. Elevators were always available. Condo just needs some decor updating and it would make a big difference in aesthetics.

This condo was in a great location right outside of the main strip. Wasn’t overcrowded, nice beach, nice pool, and the condo was top notch with a great view. Will definitely be staying again!

Our week get away was just what we needed! The place was very clean and super cute!

The property was a lot bigger in person then what the pictures showed. It was very very nice! Very clean and the staff was a lot of help when needed!

Beach Vacation

My family had a wonderful time on this beach vacation! The location was fantastic. Just a short walk out the door right to the pier and on the beach in minutes. The view from the balcony made spending time outside so relaxing. We even saw some dolphins. The pool was very nice and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of three.

The condo had amazing views with immediate access to the beach. The beds were comfortable. There was no washer/dryer, which is a negative because they only provided 3 wash cloths. The exterior door is very difficult to open. My mother, 72, did not have enough strength to open it.My biggest issues were with the host, Southern Vacation Rentals. I messaged the host 3 times before our stay, with no response. I wasn’t given check-in info until I called the day before. The original door code didn’t work, so I had to call. There were no parking passes in the unit. Again, I had to call. They had me check various locations in the condo, but no passes. They were going to bring them the next morning. They did not. I called again. They wanted me to recheck all the previously searched areas. I finally told them I was very frustrated and they needed to send someone with passes. Later that day, we got the pass.
