Important Information: - Fireplace in the living area isn't operational. - A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities. - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you. - Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. Cleanliness and property presentation are priorities for our team, and each home is professionally cleaned prior to guest arrival.
If something is not to the expected standard on arrival, guests are asked to notify us immediately so the housekeeping team can return and rectify the issue. As outlined in our booking terms, issues must be reported during the stay so we have the opportunity to address them.
We regret that the property did not meet your expectations and appreciate the feedback.
Nice place with some original character but modernised amenities. Good layout with central communal octagon, using only half house for couple or separation from kids if that's the case.House got quite warm with lots of northern glass and AC struggled a bit to keep up. At 8.30 lots of the TV channels parental blocked but I'm sure if we had reported it it would have been fixed. Nothing on anyway!!

Very comfortable, nice surroundings. interior very nice. Noisy local dogs frequently barking through the day, especially when we were outside on the property. Since weather was inclement, we were able to avail ourselves of streaming facilities on tv, Disney , Prime Video, etc. Tag of hidden orchard is misleading. Was not 4 mins walk to beach. Truthfully it was 4 mins walk to local shops, not the beach. Other than that, we had a lovely stay at Hidden Orchard.
Nice place for a large family. A few cosmetic updates would make a huge difference. Regrout the bathroom floors and some fresh paint and clean the mold on the ceiling. Other than that it was lovely. Kids enjoyed it. Plenty of games and things for them to do. Very warm and homely feeling. Great location. Definitely recommend

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
