Unit 250G is ready for guests but please remember that there will be construction on the property, per the Yacht Club's Board of Directors. The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse and the hot tub are not available.

2 bedroom 1 bath condominium at Madeira Beach Yacht Club, quiet second floor walk up location ( No Elevator ). Private balcony, updated kitchen with breakfast bar and newer furnishings throughout. All new LVT flooring. Unique "Jack & Jill" bathroom, located between the bedrooms, provides access from either bedrooms. Washer and Dryer in unit. King bed in Master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Great affordable condo for families of 4 or less, or couples traveling together. Cable TV in living area and master bedroom, streaming smart TV in second bedroom.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Please note there is no phone. Free high speed internet and HD television. It is an easy walk to beach from Madeira Beach Yacht Club.

This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with $100 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing.

The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
