Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
We were extremely disappointed when arriving at the property- we were excepted given what we had seen online and in videos supplied by the property manager but although the property is in a beautiful position, it is filthy, in extreme disrepair and was very uncomfortable because of this. Mould, doors that did not close and were disintegrating from the inside to the point they left debris on the floor whenever opened or attempts made to code them. Dirt, dust, decrepit amenities made the discomfort incidence home so very uncomfortable. Kitchen drawers would not close or open smoothly and without a lot of noise. There were a lot of insects and mosquitos about because of recent rain which you cat control, but the screen doors on the deck had huge holes in them so the glass sliding doors had to be closed at all times so insects couldn’t come inside the home and to be able to enjoy a breeze through the screen doors would have been nice given the high temperatures during our stay. There was a large bookshelf with books but it looks like they hadn’t been moved because the books were caked with dust. Windows, sliding doors and tracks were filthy and there was mould in the bathrooms and kitchen benches as well as the window tracks. Timber blinds were filthy and broken and it was obviously the breaks were not recent but still hadn’t been addressed. Overall so very disappointed that a property marketed to a high end customer was so dilapidated and filthy. Would never go again.
