3 bedroom holiday house in Moonta Bay only minutes walk to the beach. Close to Moonta Bay Jetty and Splash town & a short drive to Moonta and Port Hughes.

Use as a place to relax or a base to explored the wonderful Yorke.

Cosy house with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Full kitchen & fully enclosed backyard with lawn area and undercover area with 8 seater outdoor setting and lounger & gas bbq. Kick a ball or relax and unwind after a day of activities.

TV in lounge and bedroom 3. Free WIFI and Netflix for guest use. Ceiling fans in all areas and bedrooms with split system in living/dining area feeding into kitchen/dining area.

2nd toilet in laundry room

Note:
1.front & rear garage do not form part of the booking.

2.Property runs on a Septic tank so please ensure only toilet paper is flushed or costs for clearing will be on charged

3. House is located at the end of the property and shares a driveway with front units/neighbours, as a result one car may be parked directly in front of porch next to garage wall but there is no parking permitted along the driveway or in front of roller door

4. Additional parking spaces may be available in guest parking bay in front of the property

Great location and beautiful place. Fully equipped with everything you need. Only downside was we stayed when it was 38• so air conditioning in the bedrooms would have great other than that house was great. Will definitely be staying again.

Anna was an excellent host. She provided very helpful instructions and replied quickly to questions. The house is nicely laid-out and has lots of space and games for kids to play with. Thoughtfully there were some food supplies in the fridge and pantry which was a nice touch.
