Everything was amazing.. I think the price of parking should be noted when booking because that was a lot higher than we expected. And I think there should be an option to include beach chair and umbrella rental in the booking. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and everything was great!!

Had I paid an in season rate, I would have been upset.

This property was far from clean. Had gum and sand on the bed sheets. Our feet were black from walking in the unit without shoes. The appliances were so old that the toaster almost caught fire while trying to use it. The dryer had to run twice to dry one load of clothes. It definitely needs to be updated something awful!!

Fall Break 2022

The unit itself is very nice. The balcony brings heavenly views. Plenty of room, and master is lovely. Two issues need to be resolved immediately. The cleaning service is not mopping the floors. They were filthy producing black bottoms of feet! The guest bedroom with one bed had a grossly stained comforter that was not usable. I only report this as the owners may not know. We had a great time being together in Orange Beach.

Inaccurate pictures of condo

Pictures did not accurately represent overall conditions of the condo. During my career I traveled extensively and am familiar with housing accommodations. This property was well under par and greatly misrepresented by your pictures. This was a special trip for our family, and was spoiled by the disappointing accommodations. I doubt very seriously if we will ever choose to use your service again.
