410 is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath CORNER condo ready for your arrival! This condo does have a Saturday to Saturday booking requirement for peak season so book now before it's gone!! There are many amenities for you to enjoy at Gulf Dunes such as two swimming pools(one heated seasonally), an exercise room, tennis courts, and a barbecue area! Plenty of water activities for you and your family to enjoy in the area as well! This capacious 3 bedroom and 3 bath unit with the primary bedroom on the OCEAN SIDE. The views from the primary bedroom and living area are breathtaking! This unit also comes with complimentary beach service of two chairs and one umbrella so you can enjoy the sugary white sand and emerald water of the Gulf.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, 3rd bedroom - 1 queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Weather and water was great the last 4 days. The bathtub drain in the front bedroom with king bed was not draining very well at all, and really needs to be checked. And the tv wasn’t working in the smaller bedroom. But these things didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I just returned from a little getaway to FWB. We booked Gulf Dunes unit 410, the night before. The Brooks and Shorey Resorts staff was so friendly, and easy to deal with. This was our first time renting a condo on Okaloosa Island. The location was great! The condo is within walking distance to a few good restaurants, or a short drive to others/the Gulfarium/pier. There is also a cute little mini golf place within walking distance. Now to the actual condo... :) When we walked through the door, the smell was the first thing that caught my attention. It smelled so clean! It wasn’t an overpowering chemical smell of clean...it just smelled clean and good. My husband and I both said that it was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. It didn’t just smell clean, it looked and felt clean. Then, I noticed the amazing views! From the living area, the master, and the balcony...just stunning! We saw soooo many dolphins, while sitting on the balcony. The condo is so simply decorated, yet absolutely beautiful! The master bed and chairs in the living area were so comfortable! That and cleanliness are two big things for us, and this one nailed both! The condo came with beach service (two beach chairs and an umbrella), which made it nice, too. There are two pools at Gulf Dunes, with one being heated. We had zero complaints about this condo, and would 100% recommend it. We are looking forward to when we can return with our kids.
