Welcome to Santa Maria Resort condos. Located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach next to Villa Santini plaza on the waterway to the back bay. Easy beach access across the street. This condo is tastefully decorated and perfect for up to 2 guests. Bathroom has been redone as well as kitchen with new granite countertops and appliances, everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks the canal. . You may even catch a glimpse of the manatees that frequent the warm canal waters. There is a large resort style heated pool and spa. Deck with grilling area and plenty of open parking. Boat rentals next door and miles and miles of white sandy beach. Minimum 3 night rental May through November, rest of the year 7 night minimum. The perfect getaway spot to relax, enjoy and unwind. Why wait, book your stay in paradise now!

I would give this a 4.5 rating. It is a four story building and we were on the third floor. It was very quiet. There was a nice pool and a hot tub not very crowded since it was very cold. It is about a 5 to 8 minute walk across the street to the beach. The unit was very clean, however, when we first walked in, we did get a faint smell of what we thought was cigarette smoke, but it may have been the fact that the heat was clicking on, probably for the first time. It was nice that they had beach chairs, beach bags, etc. for used to go across to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this place. I did have to reach out to the owner twice for questions and she responded in a prompt manner.

Santa Maria Revisited

Santa Maria Condominiums is one of the hidden treasures of Fort Myers and never disappoints! The units are tastefully decorated and offer many amenities. Truly a magical experience for a little R&R.

Overall communication with the host was very good. Shops are opening up more around this area which is nice. We have stayed at the Santa Maria before (but not in this room) and noticed the hot tub was hotter than in the past, which was nice. The pool area is always nice. It is nice to be so close to the beach. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean - we had a bunch of dirt or maybe bugs around the bed posts, the laina had dirt on the ground and the table was very dirty, there was a picture under the bed that my toe stubbed so I tried to push it further back and it was very dirty under the bed. We were walking around in the place with white socks on and our socks were very dirty in a short amount of time. The beach towels and a couple others were tossed in a clothes hamper in the bathroom and we weren't sure if they were clean or not.The hot tub was hotter than it had been in the past which was nice.
