We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Everything about this property was perfect! The location, views, cleanliness, private beach access, 2 chairs and 1 umberella included daily, plenty of space for my family of 4. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

Check in was seamless. Everything was clean and the views are beautiful. The beach chairs and umbrellas are set up every morning , very easy to reserve. The only downfall is there is a lot of traffic and it isn't a place where you can easily walk with a family to get to things.

Nice family spot

Location was great. Close to everything. Condo was very roomy. Could use some bigger tv’s and new patio furniture but overall no complaints.

Absolutely beautiful!

The views were amazing, and the unit is by far one of the best we have stayed in. We take several trips a year to the beach, and we will definitely be using this unit again each and every time we come back to Destin!

Family vacay

The accommodations to the condo were wonderful. Angela was great with communicating everything needed for my family to have a great vacation. She was available every time I needed her and the place was in great shape. The view from the condo was amazing directly on the beach. I would recommend this spot to others and will strongly consider renting this place again in the future.

Best beach experience I’ve had in the state of Florida.

From arrival to departure, this was one of the most well-maintained units I’ve stayed in within the state of Florida. The appliances worked great, the beach service was incredible, the views were beautiful, and Angela was always a phone call, text message, or e-mail away if I needed anything. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

Beautiful beach view

It was our first time to Destin and this condo was so perfect for our family. The views of the beach are breathtaking and the location of the condo is great. Angela was beyond helpful and made our stay so easy. She always responded immediately and even found items we accidentally left behind and mailed them to us. Her condo is clean and has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Highly recommend, we will be back!! Thank you, Angela!

Beach time with the family

We enjoyed our vacation with our daughter and her friend. The condo was very clean and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed relaxing under the umbrellas and chairs that were setup every morning for us. The beach is the reason we stayed. We did enjoy eating seafood at The Back Porch and Italian at Mimmo’s . The owner Angela was the best and was available every time we texted her. This condo will not disappoint it is as beautiful at the pictures.

Great location in Destin, outdated but cozy

Our family of 6 ( 4 children under the age of 12) plus 2 adults had plenty of room. Kitchen is outdated & the rooms were not so clean. Walls were dirty & coffee machine wasn’t washed & put away… We enjoyed the proximity of the unit to all attractions, but pictures were nicer than the unit. As we walked in there was a weird smell of mildew.

40th bday celebration

only complaint is that with renting a 3 bdrm and staying with 7 guests we ONLY got 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella !!! Seems a bit cheap of you guys for the price we paid. But other than that we really enjoyed the property!!!!!!!! thank you

Beautiful property that met all of our needs… the only complaint We have and it’s not with the condo but the gentleman that rents the chairs was rude we rented two extra chairs and ask if we could get on the front row… he said it would probably be Wednesday we sat in the back row and there were empty chairs all day on the front rows.. instead of Wednesday we only got one day of our vacation on the front row… His personality wasn’t good.. never a smile he seemed very unhappy .. He wasn’t a young person he was older. But that’s on the chair rental company..As far as the Condo, my husband said this is the Condo we’re renting from here on out!!! Loved it!!

Jade East Luxury

A very nice and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom ocean front condo. It was perfect for our family of 3 girls and our close friend and her young daughter. Jade East is a nice place with private beach. It is located within easy walking distance of many good restaurants, gif shops, and coffee and breakfast locations. The condo itself was clean, well stocked, and very beautifully decorated. The host was a joy to work with and very responsive to any questions; don't hesitate to reach out to her. The sofas and chairs are white so please, please take good care of them as we definitely plan to return! The Destin beach is clean and the water could easily rival Bahamas water! You won't go wrong with renting this unit! The kids did not want to leave (nor did the adults!).

Vacation

The view was unsurpassed! Loved being able to sit in air conditioning and still have a great view! Location was great but traffic was a bit of a headache. Had some minor problems and was called back within short period of time but did feel like there was no "person" to help when needed. Had to call and leave message and then get a call back. Other VRBOs you could contact host via message and get a quick response. Pool was nice enough and beach was great with very short walking distance! Appliances were nice and equipment there was good enough but if you were cooking for large group, you are limited. Overall I would rate this condo highly.

Perfect stay for the big family

The location is perfect, steps from the beach. The condo is surrounded with giants windows with direct view of the ocean. There are 3 full bathrooms and it’s perfect for our family of 8. One thing to note is that the bunk bed sheets and blankets were dirty and had strong odor smell, we had to strip the bed and washed it before sleeping so I took a star off. The pull out bed under the bunk bed was full of hair and gunk so we didn’t use it (we didn’t need to use it either as there are plenty of beds). I think the cleaner missed that room because it weren’t used often? Other than that, the entire house was very clean. Angela was very responsive and ensure we receive our check-in instruction prior to arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again during our next visit.

Exceptional Visit!!

Condo was absolutely beautiful!! Gorgeous view of the beach and very clean. Condo was provided with everything you could need. CLEAN pots and pans, plenty of dishes, toaster, Keurig and regular coffee pot, even hand soap was provided in all the bathrooms. More than that, the owner was very gracious to my family. My husband, son and 9 y/o grandson's deep sea fishing trip got rained out.Fishing trip is highlight of their trip when we go to Destin. I called the owner and she allowed us to have a late check out the day we were to leave so they were able to go deep sea fishing early that morning before we left. If that wan't enough, my husband left his Apple watch and he hadn't realized he came home without it. I received a text from the owner the next day saying housekeeping had found an Apple watch. He received his watch a few days later and it had been carefully packaged. I can't say enough about how beautiful this condo was and how accommodating and gracious the owner was to me and my family. Would highly recommended this condo to anyone!
