My favorite "perch" was the balcony off of the master bedroom with a sturdy poly material high top table with lifeguard chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From majestic sunrises to a perfect set of interactions with the management staff, it was wonderful, easy and convenient. The location is breathtaking alone but the condo was well outfitted, clean and bright. I absolutely loved being here and will be back... and it will be at THIS spot!

We rented a car and parking across the street was very easy to get to and lots of room to park. The glass doors leading to the balconies were difficult to open and lock, but worked. Both bathrooms seemed to be recently updated and were very clean. The property manager was very quick to respond when we had difficulty locking the outside door. There was plenty of kitchenware and utensils. It would be helpful to have a binder with instructions for operating the lights, fans and television. We took advantage of the local restaurants and took a tour bus to Charleston.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only gave 4 stars because the one balcony door is very difficult to open and the handle is falling off. Grab bar in one of the showers keeps falling out and could present safety hazard. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with a great 10th floor view. Minor repairs should be done such as fixing the door handle/lock on the patio door. Most of the drains were slow draining or clogged. Very few basic items were issued such as 1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, no coffee filters, ext. so plan on brining all of that stuff yourself. Still a great trip, but property could use some attention.

I see this listing has been removed from VRBO. When we rented, I'm sure it said recently updated. If anything, it needs some attention. The room with two twins is more like a large storage closet. These beds need to be lifted like in a dorm to allow for suitcases and proper cleaning. One bed squeaked every time my son rolled over or moved. The bathroom is dangerous, the bar in the middle of the shower wall was not installed. When my mother grabbed the bar to get in, the bar fell off and she landed face down on her elbows in the tub. Thankfully my father heard her calling for him and had not locked the bathroom door. She could not have gotten up on her own. The Master bedroom had 5+years of dust on it, totally disgusting and clipped toenails in the floor. The space was over run with blankets just wadded up. The sliding doors were missing handles on the outside and they were off the rail. Once my husband got them working you had to be careful opening and closing the door. The hot water was turned off at the tank, we figured it out, but most days took cold showers. The person about was awake from 1am until 7am, scraping furniture across the floor and banging doors. We dealt with this and more and decided it would not ruin our vacation but it was overpriced for sure.
