Beautiful

Beautiful relaxing surroundings and a well appointed chalet guesthouse. Lots a greenery and nearby walking trail to the river. The hosts are easy to communicate with and readily accessible by mobile. Thank you

Great getaway

Fantastic house on the edge of town. Very relaxing place with plenty of room for the kids to run around outside.

Not a good experience

Loud renovations in the owners home which is right next to the chalet. They should have at least notified us about the disturbance instead of being rude when I texted them about notifying future guests. When you promise a quiet relaxing gateway area you should provide that instead of expecting your guests to text you every two minutes when there is an issue. We had trouble getting into the chalet at the agreed time as their system was down and I was not receiving their emails. I had to contact the help service which took and hour and a half. When finally getting into the chalet they’re was a lack of restocking. No sugar, no dishwashing liquid, tissue boxes almost empty and the coffee machine not cleaned. I’m giving two stars because there were visits from kangaroos every afternoon and the property was beautifully furnished.
