This modern hive gives personality and functionality. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, open-plan living, and two outdoor sun-traps. Inside, there is an open plan space perfect for gatherings, and behind two sliding ‘walls’, a cozy 'snug' for relaxation or extra sleeping space. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet space, ensuite and window to a tropical garden view. Main bathroom includes a bath for deep relaxation. Added bonus of plenty of secure room for beach and sports gear in the internal garage which also doubles up as a roomy and breezy office space for focus time. 🐝

This is a fabulous part of Mt Maunganui due to the location. Almost everything one needs they can get in the precinct from just a short walk. There a numerous beach access ways through the residential street or else the beach is very short drive away.
What makes this property unique
This property is special as it is first and foremost a home. Its design is modern but welcoming, decor is luxe but eco. Its welcoming vibe carries you through to a cute garden for relaxing under shade options. Great for groups, couples or families and fur-babies.
