Clean property. Convenient location- close walk to beach, and quick drive to shops or food.NO WASHER/DRYER. Was very tight on supplies and linens provided. Common living areas comfortably fit 4 adults, and 2 teenage boys.

Supplies and linens are provided based on the number of guests staying, with a set amount of towels, bedding, and kitchen essentials included, and guests are given a pre-check-in list detailing exactly what's provided, along with the option to add an extra set of bathroom supplies if needed. A washer/dryer is not included in this property, which is noted in the listing details. Perfect girls' getaway! We enjoyed the hot tub and bagel place next door (go early or order ahead because it gets busy). About a 10 minute walk to the beach— note that you have to cross Croatan (but there's a crosswalk). There are other businesses down below and you do have to share the driveway, so I wouldn't plan on bringing more vehicles than what they say (we had 4). The kitchen had plenty of utensils/bowls/etc. and they give you just enough toilet paper, paper towels, and towels for your stay. The only thing I wish they had was a washer/dryer, but other than that, it was perfect! 'Evolve' manages this VRBO listing, but Tracey from Blue Skies was the property manager we could communicate with directly (she had sent me a text initially).

Great family spot

The location was excellent and we had easy parking across the street just one block from the beach. Within driving distance to grocery stores, tons of restaurants, and many activities. We had a five year old and an eight year old with us, and they loved ending the evening in the hot tub. We’d definitely return.

Wonderful Family Getaway

The property was ideal for our four person family. Big and open, with great bedding and comfortable showers. We loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. We also found that the street parking for the beach across the street was super easy, and we loved the close proximity to both restaurants and souvenir shops. Our host was very responsive and helped us a ton. We'd definitely stay again.

Spring Break at Blue Skies

Our family had the best time at Blue Skies! The place was super clean and well done. Great location. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and being close to the beach and plenty of thing to do for the whole family to enjoy. Being able to watch the sun rise and set from the property was so lovely. We will be back!

Comfort and style

The property is very well maintained with very stylish decor. Everything was perfect! Kitty Hawk Beach is gorgeous we drove down and the parking was easy. Having the ice cream shop on the way to your beach day or coming off the beach was a treat itself. The property was so clean and comfortable. We will be going back next year!!
