It doesn't get more luxurious than a home located only 20 ft from having your feet in the sand. This 2-story ground level home was originally a 1 story cottage. In 2003, our home was fully renovated and a second floor and surrounding sun-porch enclosures were added. Located in the prestigious N. Indian Beach private community, this home is situated just one street south of Dewey Beach. This fun, friendly, and quaint community allows you to be secluded but within walking distance to the energy packed Dewey and Rehoboth Beach area. That is if one wants to partake in amazing restaurants, shopping, culture, and nightlife. This private beach has a lifeguard to keep the kids safety as a first priority while parents or adults can relax on the beach with a cold beverage (alcohol permitted). The theme of our home maintains the cottage character updated with modern amenities. We couldn't feel more privileged to share our home with you and our favorite spot with you! 1st floor rooms (2 bedrooms/1 bunk room):
Room #1 - Full service kitchen (gas) with breakfast bar (TV) - Large fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all items that we would use for entertaining our friends and family. Small kitchen table and adjacent desk.
Room #2 - Great Room (TV) - open to kitchen. Has (2) loveseat couches w/ fireplace that serves as a great conversation space.
Room #3 - Den (Large TV/sound system that controls sound system for entire first floor) - adjacent to downstairs bathroom and bedrooms.
Room #4 - Rear large enclosed porch (TV) - Great for beach gear. Large couch and lounging chairs. 3 French doors open into the rear porch. 2 entry ways from outside decks (1 deck covered on first floor). Commercial gas grill kept in this porch.
Room #5 - Large wrap around sunporch with 3 sliding glass doors (front) and 1 slider (rear). Also has a wet bar and large dining table with additional seating.
Room #6 - Laundry room - Front loading washer/dryer, wine fridge, ice maker, and additional full-size refrigerator.

2 Floor:
Large 2nd Floor Den - Vaulted Ceilings, Large TV and sound system, access to front and back decks.
