A large glass room opens onto a terrace facing south with a small pool (4.5m diameter and 1.2m deep) for a gentle and friendly atmosphere. The fully glazed living room offers a view of the tree in nature. The house offers enough space to feel free and relax.
The house is located 3 kms from the city center of the charming village of Leon and its lake, 8 km from the ocean and beaches of Moliets and Vielle-Saint-Girons.
A cycle track is located 1 km from the property with direct access to beaches and lake. Lake Leon where you can swim, paddle boating, windsurfing. And take boats boatmen who discover the Huchet current and small amazon Landes. that will delight young and old.
