You’ll have Disney on your doorstep! It’s less than 3 miles away! And staying at Windsor Hills is also a plus because the community offers loads of amenities and fun for the whole family.

- A stylish and inviting FAMILY ROOM with plenty of sofa seating and a large wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home together when you’re not at the parks. Plus, direct access through sliding glass doors to the POOL area!

- SCREENED-IN LANAI with a SWIMMING POOL and SPA with covered patio dining and sunny lounge areas around the pool. It’s the perfect way for the family to enjoy a fun pool day together when you’re not at the parks!

- A fully equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, a blender for afternoon beverages, and a dishwasher for easy cleanups.

- A KITCHEN NOOK with a table that seats 4 also makes an excellent laptop work spot or a place for a quick bite or your morning coffee.

- A formal DINING ROOM with a table for 8 to enjoy relaxed meals at home.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the home during your stay and shared access to the resort amenities.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be inside Windsor Hills, a 24-hour guard-gated resort community with a wealth of family fun amenities! You can walk to the clubhouse pool, and there’s a sundries shop, game room, theater, putting green, sports courts, and more. Plus, centrally located near a variety of restaurants, outlet malls, shopping, and world-class golf!

Getting Around:
You’ll be about 24 miles | 40 km from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app for driving times, as they differ depending on the time of day.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for the availability of Windsor Hills’ amenities. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management.

All adult guests (18+) and the driver name of each car that will be parked at the property are required to register. Resort pass-sharing is not allowed.

The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge of $35 USD/day. It must be requested at least 3 days before your arrival and stay heated for the full duration of your stay.

BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge (3-burner $85 USD/week & 4-burner $105 USD/week) and must be requested a week before arrival. *The oil pan must be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.

We provide starter items like paper towels, trash bags and some toilet paper, but these are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more. For any other home or bath essentials you need, you must pack and bring them with you or buy and bring them in when you arrive.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We provide bath towels but not beach and pool towels. Please keep the towels provided in the home for bathroom usage only and pack your beach towels for using the pool, beach, waterpark, etc.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We take this seriously. The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, following all CDC and WHO guidelines. We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat to kill bacteria or viruses. You can rest easy knowing that our home is a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

We kindly ask our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic door code. Access codes will be provided before arrival.
