This was a really nice stay! The apartment was spacious, clean and well located for going to both Rehoboth and Lewes. The bed in the master bedroom does need to be replaced.

This was a very nice place to stay and we were in a safe area. When we had questions someone contacted us quickly. It was a modern apartment community, close to everything- restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to purchase sheets and towels. I’ve never stayed anywhere that has done that.

Lovely condo nicely decorated and clean-our second stay. Unit is well stocked with cookware, coffee and basic spices-also pillows, blankets, bedspreads. Loved the pool and walking around the grounds-well maintained and beautiful. Condo is in a good location for both Lewes and Rehobeth. We’ll be back next year!!!

Single Mom Heaven

I brought my 2 teenage (and 1 pre-teen) children to this condo. It was beautiful, clean and absolutely perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do and there were plenty of amenities to keep teenagers happy. The home was super clean and beautifully decorated. I am so glad we chose this spot for our little trip away!

The unit was nice and as described. However, some issues raised by previous renters remained such as the very poor condition of the beds/mattress and master bedroom light out. Other observations include no instructions on how to fully work the tv; no information regarding local places to see or things to do; games what games, not even a deck of cards; second bathroom tub not draining; short on supplies, no Kcups, or TP. Possibly end of season as a reason, but who knows.Looking forward to a good night sleep on our own matress.

Thrilled with our five-star stay at the beautifully maintained condo in Lewes, DE! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cleanliness and tasteful decor. Every corner of the condo exuded a warm and welcoming vibe, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the location. Nestled just off of the highway, the condo was close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the pool as well as quick drives to the beaches and restaurants.

3 day DE stay

It was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located near to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Had trouble with front door lock; followed online instructions and it did not work. Luckily the keypad at very top of door worked to get in and out. How it actually worked and instructions did not match. Refrigerator beeped for approximately 10 minutes when opening right door of it.

We came to Lewes to celebrate my mom's 76th birthday. We had a place for over 30 years down here, but due to high costs, she had to sell it. So, it was our first summer without the place where we made so many memories. I, of course, searched many websites and when I found this, it seemed like a great choice. I was hesitant since previous experiences with third party bookings had let me down. I was really hoping it would look like the photos. It did! The place was beautiful! Very clean!! Which that in itself exceeded my expectations! The other plus was the communication. I had many questions and was pretty sure I was becoming annoying, but the contact person was very friendly and quick to respond. We definitely are already looking at other dates to try and get the same property!Thank you for our wonderful memories!

Comfortable

The condo was comfortable and very clean. We had a few needs/questions and Brianna was friendly, professional and helpful. A few things of note: linens and towels are not provided. We actually chose this condo as we thought, from the listing, linens were provided. By the time we realized they were not, we couldn't rent linens as everything was sold out. Not having linens and towels provided was a first for us, odd for sure, and inconvenient. Also, the front door is beyond tricky. A few cleaning supplies provided would have been helpful for us to keep the place in excellent condition. Lastly, condo is on the 2nd floor with a condo above- the walls are thin. Upstair neighbors were very heavy footed- bring your ear plugs! Having said all that, we were comfortable. Location is a bit in the middle of historic Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. We had a nice week!
