Eastbourne Escape—A Family Haven Near the Beach

A mere 10-minute stroll from Capel Sound foreshore and Point Nepean's string of eateries, bars and cafes—this home embodies convenient coastal living at its best. Set across one level with plenty of space for families and groups, it features dual living areas, an open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms and an expansive outdoor deck with a BBQ to soak up the summer sunshine. There's plenty to do and within a short drive, you'll find multiple golf courses, coastlines and wineries to explore.
A block back from the beach, this home has all the hallmarks of a holiday home by the bay. It features a generously sized layout, with a beautiful transition between the indoors and out. Dine alfresco out on the patio, taking in the crisp coastal air.

The living and dining area is open plan and flows to the covered patio. Whip up a feast in the modern kitchen or out on the BBQ, then come together around the dining table. Morning coffees are served up at the breakfast bar while dining outside is perfect for those balmy afternoons. Two living areas allow for separate entertainment zones between the adults and kids. Enjoy movie nights in front of the TV or unwind in the lounge with your favourite book. The combination of heating and air-conditioning keeps things comfortable all year round.

Sleep easy in any of the four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a lovely sunny outlook and comes with its TV, walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite bathroom. Each of the three remaining bedrooms features queen-sized beds and shares the main bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a separate powder room along with laundry facilities for your everyday convenience.

Parking is provided on the driveway.

Tucked between Rye and Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula, the suburb of Capel Sound is perfectly placed to soak up the region’s relaxed seaside lifestyle. It boasts a pristine swimming beach with crystal clear waters and iconic colourful bathing boxes. Follow the easy circuit walk to the highest point on the peninsula at Arthurs Seat, play a round of golf at one of the area’s famed courses and enjoy an afternoon unwinding at nearby Peninsula Hot Springs. Grab mouth-watering burgers from Mr Bentley’s Burger Bar and hawker-style eats from The Milbri. Stock up on delicious seasonal produce at Hawkes Farm and local delicacies at Blue Mini.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Please note, bed linen and towels are not supplied, but can be provided at an additional cost of $30 per bed, and $6 per bath or beach towel. Please detail what beds you will require linen for and how many towels will be needed in your booking request.
