You'll get your share of breathtaking views from this brand new condo located just south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. This vacation condo boasts views of the bridge, Yaquina Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy crisp sea air mornings and peaceful evenings filled with the sounds of passing boats, birds, and sea lions. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors. Watch the activity in the bay from the dining room while enjoying a nice meal. The living room has brand new comfortable seating for all and a fold out sofa sleeper for the evening. The second bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage, and is perfect for two. The primary suite boasts a luxurious California King bed with beautiful decor and is the perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of this vacation home is the Jacuzzi tub. Set in a windowed alcove with views of the bay, it's absolutely fabulous! The luxuries of this condo make it an excellent choice for your small group getaway. Windward at the Regatta is close to the famous Newport Aquarium and the exciting Nye Beach area. Come down to Newport and see this beauty for yourself! Great Location

The unit was fabulous and it is in a great location.If renting durnig a hot spell, please note it does not have AC. Fans are provided; however the windows in the bedrooms only open a small amount from the top.Still think it is a great place.

Perfect getaway

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this unit. The location is perfect. Close to beach access, docks for crabbing & beach for clamming. The patio has a perfect view for watching boats crossing the bar & seeing marine life. Great kitchen comfy beds. Gsrsgec& elevator.

Lovely and relaxing

Very comfortable, relaxing and beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated, nice location, fabulous view. Love the view from the living room, master bedroom and bath. Spacious. We plan to come back for 3 nights in the future.

Seafood & Wine Festival

Amazing view! It was so enjoyable to watch all of the comings and goings in the harbor. Stayed here for the proximity to the Seafood & Wine festival-it couldn't have been a better location. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning Condo on the water

This Condo on the 1st level was just wonderful. Furniture was nice, decorated wonderfully. Loved the small balcony over the water. Right by the large bridge crossing the bay.There was a tsunami warning and we ended up leaving a night early. Unfortunately Oregon Beach Vacations (managing the condo) will not refund the last night we were there. We came in a night early as well. They said "the reservation is non-refundable" but that's not what the VRBO extenuating circumstances policy says. Very unfortunate because we would have liked to return. Possibly they will give us a partial refund and we would change our review.

Can’t wait to stay here again!

This condo has breathtaking views, is a stones throw from Rogue Brewery and crab docks, and is next to a beautiful, flat, paved 1/2mile path to the beach! It is so close to everything we love about Newport, primarily Nye Beach and the historic downtown area on the bay.The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for toiletries and cooking. There were ample dishes, glassware (including wine and cocktail glassware) and cookware. There was no syran wrap, foil or ziplocks but there was tupperware for temporary use! The beds and couches were extremely comfortable. The fireplace added nice ambiance and the TV and puzzles provided entertainment.Love love love this house!!!!

It is always a pleasure staying here. We have stayed here many times over the past 5/6 years, and always love it. It would be great to see the windows cleaned on the outside, in the last year we have stayed here three time, and noticed the windows do not look like they have been cleaned. In the past years, they always were clean, I know this is the beach, but, they have not been cleaned in awhile. The glass door to the patio, is great Thank you

Great Spot!

Note that it is a Condo and not a townhome. Entrance is on 2nd floor above the garage. We were a little confused checking in but I had two tired toddlers yelling at me while trying to figure it out so probably just me. Great location. We went clamming in the bay right in front of our place. Pier is just down the street. Great View. They do have a no Crab policy but that makes sense due to location next to Pier and how messy and stinky that can be. Overall we reallly enjoyed it and would come back. Having a garage was nice as well.

The door to the property isn't in the garage, it's upstairs so I was a little confused. And the ad didn't mention that you can't cook crab in the unit but aside from those things we had a great visit! Thanks for having us

Great location with great view.

The house is in not far away from the harbor and you can watch fishing boats sailing through your windows. But there is loud noise coming from the bridge in the evening. There is sand on the carpet when we checked in. There is not enough cleaning supply for our stay, but we got some from the local store. Water heater is small, and it runs out of hot water after my kids took shower. But overall, we are satisfied.

Great Location and Set Up

Spacious accommodations in a great location. Enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Room sizes were generous with nice bathrooms. Kitchen and family room both large and comfortable. It was also nice to have a garage to park in. Elevator made packing stuff in and out easy. Very simple and straight forward leaving instructions. A few notes: The heat is radiant floor heat - so be sure to turn on as soon as you get there. Kitchen had basics for cook / bakeware, but be sure to bring any condiments / spices / foil / ziplocs you need with you. Garage keypad may have dead battery - so grab the opener from upstairs to use while you are there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view and our luck to get great weather for November. Love the walkway to the pier for evening strolls. The heat inside was hard to fiqure out. Sleeping temp was a steady 73 dgrs. How do you adjust the temperature. Bedroom window would not instuctions for heat control. Beautiful home wonderful kitchen. Everything was wonderful other than the heat issue

Expected more for the price

Large condo with minimal furniture. Old and odds and ends cookware. Stove is an old used appliance and should be replaced. Condo needs a few more blankets. A grill on the premises would be nice. It's all about the view, but the windows were dirty. Several of the windows could not be opened because they are broken. Automatic garage door would not open and maintenance was called. Electric fireplace didn't work.

Beautiful views

This property has the most beautiful views that I have ever had at the coast. I am a person that prefers to be at the bay side instead of ocean side. I loved watching the boats. My husband had his boat at the marina so this condo was perfectly located for what we were here to do. I had a couple of issues and the property manager was very easy to get ahold of. The only thing that I wasn't happy with were the windows. Our window in the master bedroom was broke and we couldn't open it to get some air. So our room was hot. This was my only complaint. I would stay here again and I hope that the owners fix the window issue. I

Great property, terrible cleaning & management company

The property in itself is great, with great location and views. The issue is the management company and the cleaning. The beds were filthy. Full of hair, yellow dirty sheets and pillow cases from were people were sleeping. The extra bedding was in the same condition. Sucks to pay so much per night and not be able to sleep in a bed. Also fireplace was stuck on high heat and most of the windows had a broken sign on it to not open which made it almost 80 in the unit all day and night. Talking to management didn’t get you anywhere. They promise to call you back and never do after multiple calls and emails. I hope the owners see these reviews and get a different management company.

Comfortable, Clean, Conveniently located! This spacious condo was a gem and I feel so lucky that we were able to stay at this property so last minute. All amenities were provided and the instructions for use were so clear. We even took advantage of watching a DVD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT-the balcony door is tricky!
