Nice clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and enjoyed being so close to the Nye beach shops and cafes. Beds on the soft side. Very well-equipped kitchen.

Last minute get away.

The house was in a great location and we had an absolutely blast. There was some spots that the cleaner did not get or look at but overall it was good. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. It felt very much like home.

Great location

The house was very clean, well supplied, and as close to the beach as I wanted with a view of the ocean from the living room. Very convenient to outdoor spaces and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Loved being within walking distance of everything we needed- beach, shops, etc. House very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen well-supplied. Thankfully a small yard and we enjoyed sitting out.

Everything You Need and More

This wonderful home was packed with every thing I needed and some thing I didn't know I needed. My favorite part was taking a hot cup of coffee down to the overlook to view the beach in the morning

Wonderful Place

This was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of space and great sleeping options. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to get to downtown shops and food. Slight downfall is the noise because you are on the main strip but aside from that it was great. Appreciate you allowing us to borrow your space.

Location! Nye beach extreme!

Great location to beach and shopping and great restaurants with in 2 blocks. Steep stairs and bath both upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen equipped with everything you need!

Quick get away

The house is in a nice quiet location close to the beach and area shops. The house was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. Lots of books and games to use for those who want something more to do than watch TV. Has a nice view from upstairs. Overall, it's a nice place to stay at. Will keep this one in mind if we stay in Newport again.

Cute house, well supplied, very clean

This was a very clean house which is amazing for a beach. It is located in a cute neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The beach is close. The beds were comfortable (firm and supportive). There was plenty of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, dishes, towels, sheets, ect. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Great accommodations

We loved the gas stove since our weather was less than desirable. There was a whole big bookcase of books, games, CDs and DVDs to entertain us. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. Beds were comfortable. Beach access was right across the street. Perfect location.

Close to the beach and great views.

Clean and well appointed house. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were great. Towels in abundance. Lovely views from the windows. We enjoyed our stay. Due to steps here and there throughout the house, it might not be the greatest for those of limited mobility. We loved how close it was to the beach overlook and to the local shops and restaurants.
