15 mins drive to Auckland City.
Double garage, plus 2 private parkings at front yard. More parking corner roadside.
Our house is perfect for large families or groups.
But NOT for party or noise gathering. NO PARTY ALLOWED.
We have prepared basic living items in the house, including: radiators, blankets, bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, enough pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, rubbish bag,iron,ironing board,hair dryer, etc....
