Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
On check out, please do your dishes and take the trash down. Lock the patio door, leave the keys on the wooden desk and lock the loft door by pressing the Yale logo on the smart lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No partying. Respect quiet hours and neighbors privacy. No photoshoots without approval from Jocelyn. Ensure everything is back in its place.
Do not go outside of my rooftop railings. It is against strata rules and you will be evicted. Neighbors will hear footsteps.
Wash dishes. Take trash down. Main floor and follow the hallway. It’s the brass key. Lock all doors, check stove burners, shower is not dripping.

Why they chose this property

Gastown is the historical part of Vancouver, filled with restaurants and shops. It is walking distance to many great spots including Coal Harbour, Stanely Park, Chinatown, Olympic Village plus beaches. It is a short walk to BC Place, Rogers Stadium, the Convention Centre and downtown.

What makes this property unique

The loft sits on top of the historic Koret Lofts and is a true open concept, indoor/outdoor experience. The 1400 sf and floor to ceiling 14 foot windows are unique in Vancouver - being able to walk out the door to so many fabulous restaurants is rare and wonderful.
