Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

The house we stayed at was great. The Harry Potter Theme throughout the house was unbelievable. The whole family enjoyed it, kids and adults alike. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it whether or not you are a Harry Potter fan.

We stayed in this home for 13-days and had a blast the entire time. The location of the home is wonderful and we felt safe in the community. Our party had age ranges from 7 to 73, and the house was fit to accommodate all. We went to disney, but honestly I wish we had built in more days to just enjoy the home. The pool was great. Family fun time

We stayed at the Hogwarts Inn recently and did not want to leave. From the moment walking in the front door to the last moment there we had a wonderful experience. The property owner was easy to communicate with and any concerns were quickly addressed . The home itself was immaculate and had all we needed. The pool and spa were awesome and used by us frequently. The movie room was amazing. Like at the movies. The rooms were so well decorated and comfy. We ended up spending most of our time at the house rather than going out and about. The community is nice and peaceful as well. Will want to come back again soon.

The adult kids and our grandchildren all enjoyed the house. Everyone agreed it would be rated a 5 in a temperate climate. The home was huge and the temp set at 70. The first two evenings were very warm and stuffy. Especially upstairs. The property managers were responsive when we called about the home being warm. We had age range 20 month old to 85 year old. And the layout and amenities worked well. A surprise benefit was all 5 kids ended up in the ‘secret room’ under the stairs while the adults packed up and cleaned up to get out on time. So we didn’t have to worry where they were. Everyone said they would go back in the spring season or late fall. But Not in a heat wave or probably freezing weather.

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. We were a family of 11 and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.The theming is really what sets this property apart. If you are into Harry Potter, then you will love all of the special details, such as Harry’s cupboard under the stairs and a floo network that takes you through a fireplace and into another bedroom. The pictures really don’t do justice to all of the nice little touches. We also really enjoyed the theater room which is very well done.The only major issue we faced was that the dishwasher was broken. This was a big deal for us because we were such a large group and were there during Thanksgiving. The owner sent a thoughtful message expressing his regret and took some money off the final bill, which was a fair resolution. I will just chalk this up to bad luck and I expect that a new dishwasher will be put in so this shouldn’t be a problem going forward.There were a few other minor things, such as challenges with some features in the oven and some kitchen items that we had to buy, but most people probably aren’t trying to do serious holiday cooking. For light cooking the kitchen is serviceable.Overall, very cool experience for families that love Harry Potter.

Amazing home with some room for improvement

The house theming is absolutely incredible. I have stayed at many homes in the area and the attention to detail in the decor was far above the others. The layout was great and the kids really enjoyed all the hidden features. That said, we did have several issues including none of the remotes being labeled. They were all out by the pool bar and we had no idea which went to what. The outdoor movie screen did not work, the master bedroom light did not work, the heat in the spa did not work the first few days even though we paid extra for it. The xbox did not work, one of the toasters, the ice maker, etc. I think the property needs enhanced maintenance.
