Condo 201 at Island Beach Resort is on the second floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, an oversized balcony, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Condo 201 is perfect for bridal parties as the bathroom is the largest bathroom on the property. This condo has a deluxe ensuite bathroom (with separate makeup vanity) that connects to the bedroom via a hallway. The hallway between the bathroom and bedroom does not have a door. The bedroom bed is a king size and the livingroom has a sofa sleeper.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was the AC unit seemed to struggle keeping the condo cool. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work.

No privacy in bathroom

Misleading description of bathroom. There is no door from bedroom to bathroom and it is marketed to sleep 4 people and sold as a Jack and Jill layout. Property manager was rude and bemoaned situation stating: you’re not the first one to complain about this and there’s nothing to do. Disappointing.

RATS!

We love'Shuckers Island Resort ! This was our second year staying at this location. We went to 2 springtraining games and the dog races. It is quiet unless the ocean is rumbling in which it was on this last visit. But we ennoyed it all. We were oceanside and could see and hear the ocean from our 2nd floor condo. Several good eating joints up and down the Island also. Only draw back was on our last night we were eating at Shuckers and there were several rats running across the floor on the outside eating area floor. We pointed it out to our restaurant waitress but she just put her finger to her mouth as to say Shh!. I guess it's a normal situation. Prolly won't be back.

Since we're 10 feet from the ocean, pelicans, sand pipers, raccoons, and yes even rodents, get curious enough to investigate the outdoor tiki bar, which is where you saw the rodent. They live on the sand dunes, which are federally protected. Our building does not have a rodent problem. This was an uncommon and isolated incident and we should be aware it's just a side-effect of being located in a wildlife habitat. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Loved Our Ocean Front Stay

We love staying at these kinds of classic old Florida renovated hotels. No HI-Rise nosebleed rooms, just 3 floors, breathtaking views, a private beach, and all the amenities you need. We loved the clean, beautifully up-to-date renovated suite and most of all we loved and appreciated the staff at both the hotel and Shuckeys restaurant, where we often ate. If one of these were for sale we'd buy it in a minute. Thanks Danielle, we'll be back!!!!
