The downtown location is excellent. The building is clean enough and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred a loveseat vs two chairs but that's not too big a deal. A little maintenance needs to be done on the walls and lights but that didn't adversely affect my stay.

No noise cancellation, elevator was out of service and we stayed on 17th floor. Bed was very uncomfortable. Poop in stairwell

The apartment itself is fine, the area around central station is not that safe. Homeless people sleeping/hanging out in the lobby, for instance. But all the elevators were broken during our stay, and with the apartment on the 17th floor, this made it very difficult to enjoy with climbing stairs.

The host was really nice, did a lot with the place. There were a lot of marks on the floor and some holes in the walls. The building itself was very run down, with 2 of the 3 elevators not working. We often heard fights in the building and had to help a young girl who had been in a physical altercation. We left our vehicle in a Howard place parkade which had security and was close to the building. It turned out to be only 12 dollars for 5pm to 9am which was great, but there were signs that my vehicle had attempted to be broken into. We knew what to expect because it was down town, the homeless population were nice and didn’t cause any troubles. Again, the host was lovely. The view was great and the location is convenient as its right amongst everything.

Very happy with stay for the value!Host met us at the door, showed us to unit. Very friendly and helpful!Gave us few tips on restaurants in the area.Should have 2 fans, 1 for bdrm, and I for kitchen area.

Centrally located & clean suite, a short walk away are many restaurants, bars, City Centre mall, Edmonton funicular, Churchill square, Art Gallery of Alberta, is connected to the lrt, perfect for a solo traveller or couple looking to explore the city. The checkin was slightly delayed but was quickly resolved after reaching out to the owner. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!
