The home's proximity to downtown makes it the premier choice for vacationers who want to walk or bike to shopping, dining and attractions. Getting to the beach will be just as effortless using the neighborhood beach access at the east end of Christopher Drive.

After a day at the beach or exploring town, come home and relax in the open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights that create a bright and airy vibe with abundant natural light. This fabulous combination living/dining space leads out to an expansive wrap-around deck where you lounge in the sun for your daily dose of Vitamin D. Back inside, get dinner started in the brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Gorgeous LVP flooring flows throughout the entire home, including the bedrooms. The main level queen suite features an updated semi-private bath, and two more bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Outside, you'll find a thoughtfully landscaped yard with charming walking path to a raised deck with seating for relaxing under the mature oak trees.

No need to worry about traffic or finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from the very best Duck has to offer. For a break from the beach, attend yoga classes, concerts, and annual events hosted at the nearby Town of Duck amphitheater. Small but nice

First the good things: The property has been recently renovated, and is nicely decorated. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, glasses, dinnerware, etc. Not so good things: There is nothing extra at all—no spices, oil, anything. Be sure to bring dishwasher soap/pods, as well as laundry detergent. The place does not have a pool, despite what it says in the listing, although it seems that one is being planned for the spring. And the place is small…really small, or cozy, depending on your point of view. If you use a hair dryer, bring your own, since there is not one at this property. However, if you do like to iron clothes when you’re at the beach, this place has you covered. There are two irons and two ironing boards available.
