This recently renovated condo boasts a beautiful eastern view of the golf course. The modern kitchen has new appliances, fresh cabinets, and a breakfast bar. It comes fully stocked for all your meal preparation needs. The breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, lunch, and dinner. The living room is spacious and well-lit. The comfortable sofas provide plenty of seating to relax and watch your favorite TV shows or sports on a 60-inch SmartTV.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

Main Bedroom: The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a 40-inch Smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, a spacious closet, and offers views of the golf course with its own access to the patio. The ensuite bathroom has been fully remodeled and includes a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom features a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a 43-inch TV, and a closet. It is located just two steps away from an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.



OUTDOORS

The beautiful east-facing patio opens to stunning golf course views. The patio includes a three-burner BBQ grill, a dining table for six, and two chaise lounges for relaxation and reading. On cooler nights, you can enjoy sitting next to the fireplace with a glass of wine. The community pool and spa are conveniently located just 200 feet away. The Palm Desert Resort Country Club offers a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools and spas, and a clubhouse. Relaxing week in the desert

Lovely vacation home with awesome view

The condo was exactly as listed. Great location with outstanding view of the mountains and a great deal of privacy. The condo was well stocked and there was more than adequate space for our belongings.We were a little reluctant at first because we have had issues with renting with VRBO listed places that use commercial maintenance. We were pleasantly surprised with how fast the maintenance crew helped us with the very few problems that arose during our stay.We were also pleasantly surprised with how friendly all the people we met in the complex.We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Great spot to enjoy the sunrise!

We made the most of the property and the 360 views of the mountains. We took long walks every day, went to the pool / spa each afternoon (two pools are very close) and several nights we sat out on the patio with a fire. We took advantage of the twilight golf three times - and enjoyed the course. (We were a bit disappointed there was no gym at the community center.) The unit was just as the pictures posted. Some of the woodwork and tile in the bathroom is a bit tired. The kitchen was stocked except I couldn't find a cutting board and the knives were abit dull. Almost forgot, the wifi worked great. Overall, we enjoyed our time!

Bad review is for a terrible management company, a terrible supplied kitchen with old cabinets that had various items all over the place, and terribled golf community. Really strange, very old kitchen cabinets that had no shelves and just had a hodgepodge of stacked stuff all over.The community is old, and has a terrible club that is closed 3 days a week. The pools are small and not inviting. The golf community was the worst I have been to. I regularly go to the desert, and this community is the bottom of the barrel. The worst part was the management, which apparently thinks I came there to work for them. Upon rrival the digital lock was not working, so they had to guide me over the phone to open the key in a lockbox since they could not get the digital lock to work.They had a laminated card with the information that was needed during our stay. However, the company thought they should remind me over and over again during our stay. They told me to take out the garbage on Sunday and take it back in on Monday, or I will be fined 200. But their instruction card said not to take out the garbage, and they will pick it up.They gave me the wifi code by email, which was wrong and different from the card.While going out to dinner with my wife the sent me an email that I was speeding through the community (5 miles over the 25 posted). Stay away.
