Eclectic Styled, Inner City Art Deco home located in prime position overlooking beautiful river and city. It is very comfortable, you can relax and take in the vista on the front porch or carry your Kayak across the road and go for a paddle. Spacious inside with room for everyone. Art Deco features are a little bit funky and a little bit Hollywood! Enjoy the experience!! A short walk to shops, city, restaurants, cafes and bars. A 2 minute walk to Marina and Harbour.

New second bathroom and a sun drenched sitting room connected to the back bedroom. High speed internet throughout the home. Fully fenced back yard. A great place to work from home while on holiday or just relax and enjoy!
