About this property
Cozy Lodge Suite Lic# STAR 04363
This suite is a separate space, that is all your own, with a walkout to the hot tub. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar as best as possible. If you need anything extra please let us know. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The second bed is a single cot.
Directions: Head northbound/Southbound on Hwy 2 if depending on where you are coming from South (Calgary) or Edmonton (Noth). Once you get to Hwy 11 take West toward Sylvan Lake.
Then exit right at the traffic circle. Take the first immediate right then your next street left. Your next second right at the gas station (Cango), Lakeway BLV. Then you take the next right at a walklight which is Old Boomer Rd. The next street you see named Lodge Place before the Fox Run school is ours.
Then you have if you use your GPS might take you into the back alley, DON'T which will keep you in circles and get you lost. The best way to avoid this is to put in 10 Lodge Place.
Then once you get to that address on the street keep on going to our address at 61 Lodge Place.
Parking - Park on the street we try to leave the front open so you can park in the front parallel or angle if you like please do not block our lawn as we park on that. Just past the walk as long as we have room to get on the property. Thank you for staying have a good stay. Questions can be forwarded to myself or my fiance.

My wife is Stephanie, I am Chanse we both really like meeting people. So, even if they are not chatty or want to be left alone as long as they are enjoying the space and or our hot tub. That's all good with us. But it is great meeting people or making their trip special. We are both originally from the Maritimes.
Why they chose this property
This just happens to be our place and love the neighborhood. Close to amenities and such. It really comes down to Sylvan we literally moved just a stone throw away as its the Town Sylvan we like.
