The main living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, a stunning double-sided fireplace, and a plush leather sectional—perfect for cosy evenings. A second lounge offers a quiet space to unwind, while the upstairs retreat with bean bags and a TV is a dream hangout for kids.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stone benchtops, high-end appliances, and a spacious island, seamlessly flowing into the open-plan dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows and timber accents add to the home's contemporary charm. Step outside to the alfresco entertaining area, where a built-in BBQ and dining space overlook the lush golf course greens—the perfect setting for long, leisurely meals.

All four bedrooms are beautifully styled with soothing neutral tones and natural textures. The primary king suite is a sanctuary with a work desk, walk-in closet, ensuite, and direct outdoor access. Two queen bedrooms offer serene, uninterrupted spaces, while the bunk room with four king singles is tailored for younger guests. The beautiful Dunsborough Beach is also within walking distance, ideal for morning swims or sunset strolls.
