Lakeside Getaway - Sleeps 16

Experience the best of Garden City, Utah, in this centrally located townhome, just minutes away from the beach, all the best Garden City restaurants, pickleball courts, Mike’s Market, the bike path, the marina, and more. This luxurious and beautifully furnished townhome offers two separate gathering areas, a dining area, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, perfect for families and groups. Accommodates a total of 16 guests.

Main Level
A fully stocked kitchen with everything necessary to prepare and serve meals, making dining in a pleasure around the dinner table. The gathering area is comfortable and inviting, ideal for relaxing and spending time together during a family Bear Lake get-together.

A bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a queen bed and a TV. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main level for guest use, as well as a half bathroom. There is a one-car garage.

Upstairs
The master bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a couch, and a desk for working remotely. Another bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The last bedroom upstairs has a double bunk bed (to sleep 8 guests). There is an another full bathroom. The additional gathering area is located upstairs complete with a TV, couches, and toys for children.

Ski trip- and weekend at Bear Lake

I brought a group of 10 high school international exchange students to stay at the condo, and spend a couple days skiing. Everyone had a splendid time, there was room for everyone and we had a great time together.The place was clean, check in and check out were smooth, any issues we had were handled promptly
