Location was perfect as were amenities. Having to register our vehicle at another location after checking in at a different location was a little cumbersome - especially in the pouring rain.
The outside of the buildings definitely do not indicate the charm inside. The unit was nicely updated. Bathroom is small and desperately needs a couple shelves near the sink. The shower is great.
Staff at realty company were confusing when presenting checkin info. Instructions for picking up parking permit stated hours 10am-3am. I asked if that were true and stuff did not know. I thought surely that’s a typo, should it be 3pm? It was 3pm but I went where the instructions said to go which was “rear” of the address listed. You can’t get to the rear of the building, there’s a fence in the back. I followed the other set of instructions and texted my info. They brought me a parking permit and said their hours ARE till 2am and they don’t know why the realty company tells everyone to go to the rear. Also at check in they gave me a map with the building where I would be staying circled and the unit written “43.” My reservation was for unit “42” and my main paperwork that they gave me at checkin said “42.” I asked about it but didn’t get a straight answer. Quite confusing and staff acted like it was my issue to figure it out.
