Two bedrooms had no power to the outlets, grounds under developed (stark) for this price there should be a pool and big umbrellas for the back patio as it south facing along with more comfortable outdoor furniture,

In cases like this, an overloaded outlet can trip the breaker, and we could have guided you through the simple reset process or arranged assistance if needed. Regarding the pool, umbrellas, patio furniture, and grounds, the property and its amenities are accurately represented in the listing photos and description. We make every effort to be transparent about what is and is not available so guests can make an informed decision before booking. We also did our best to accommodate your group, including providing complimentary early check-in to make things easier for the elderly member of your party. We genuinely wish you had contacted us during your stay about the power issue, just as we were available to assist with any other concerns. We always welcome the opportunity to address issues while guests are at the property rather than learning about them afterward through a review. Great experience

The house is clean, modern, well-maintained and cozy. It has everything we need to enjoy the stay. Great location which is close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Host is very friend, nice and replied to my msg promptly. All of us had a nice weekend here.

Everything was great at the house. Brand new house so very clean. My only complaint is the fact we were asked to take all our garbage with us or we would be charged 50 plus 10 per bag. We sweet told to go to the dump which was closed or take it to the food basics plaza and find a bin. We ended up putting the garbage in our vehicles and taking it home with us. Not ideal on a 3 hour drive.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As you may know, this is a newly developed neighbourhood, and at the time of your stay, the city had not yet started regular garbage collection. That issue has since been resolved, and this should no longer be an issue for future guests.

Lovely place. It was spacious, clean and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach is close too. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.
