5 stars across the board! The house was great, the beds were comfy and the decor was spectacular was house races themed!!! The hot tub was perfection and the patio lights set the right ambiance! Highly recommend staying here if you're going to the races and/or the casino!

House was super cute and cozy. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for our girls weekend! Centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Just a few minutes from downtown. Mark was very helpful and just a text away all weekend. Easy-breezy check out. We will definitely be revisiting 304 Crestwood!!

Our group of four had a great visit over New Year’s weekend. Large corner lot with parking for 3-4 autos. Super clean upon entry. Two separate living areas and 8 person formal dining room. 3 good sized bedrooms with extra living area with pullout (comfy) Queen bed. Seemed like premium linens. Plenty of extra fluffy towels. Nice gas grill, chimnea and hot tub on slab back courtyard. Only 4-5 block walk to Oaklawn north track entrance & Rocky’s Corner Pizza.

The house was in a fantastic location close to everything we wanted to do! Clean, plenty of room and parking for all of us. And the property manager was extremely responsive to all my questions and even gave us recommendations on where to eat.

Stayed here for a Girls' Get-Away. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The hot tub was wonderful and it was an easy walk to the casino. The house was very clean, with comfortable mattresses and lots of amenities.

Excellent home, very spacious in what I still consider the old part of town, but right next to Oaklawn and all the things down towards the fountain at the end of central. The home is older but has all the modern upgrades anyone would need and very well maintained and clean. Would stay here again tomorrow!

Perfect location

This place is the perfect location. We were 5 minutes (in every direction) from everything we wanted to do. The home is big, clean, and comfortable. The owner answered any questions we had and even gave us some great restaurants to eat at! (They were all delicious!) and you really are within walking distance from the casino which was great too. Anytime we come back to hot springs, we will be staying here. I would give it more stars if I could.

Great cozy house.

Great house. All the modern up grades while keeping a retro feel. Hot tub was a nice addition. Extra TV room was great for kids. Would definitely stay here again.
