Very Nice home walking distance to downtown restaurants and activities
Very nice home located a 1/4 mile from the Heart of downtown Twain Harte. It is walking distance to all the restaurants, golf, miniature golf, coffee shops, shopping, wine tasting and community swimming pool. You literally do not have to drive anywhere if you don't want to! it is in a very nice quiet neighborhood with very little vehicle traffic. If you want to drive to beautiful Pinecrest Lake or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort it is a short 25 minute drive. You can also visit historic Jamestown or Columbia and experience the old west and gold mining. Or you can just relax on the large back deck and have your morning coffee in the sunlight or afternoon cocktails and BBQ!!

Great property and value for money
We loved staying at this property on our 2 day trip to Twain Harte. It had all the basics and more! 3 bathrooms for a group of 7 was perfect. Very close to downtown Twain Harte. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect Property
Felt like we were staying in a family cabin. Fully stocked; couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and market. Would love to stay again in the summer.

Twain ❤️
Needed a dog friendly rental for our July 4th weekend vacation and Chip’s home worked out so perfectly - you never know if a dog friendly place will mean rundown/unkempt so it’s always a gamble. Chip’s home was spotless - even the deck where I did am yoga was cobweb and dust free. The home itself is within walking distance of downtown - even in the sweltering heat we hit Mini-golf and the community pool (saltwater!) and fabulous breakfast burritos.
The home was very comfortable and spacious with a clearly newly remodeled master (and super comfy pillows!)
But the best was all of chip’s advice about fun things to do - they had beach chairs and a beach cart that we took to Pinecrest lake where we spent a day building some of the best memories ever (man is that lake gorgeous- I recommend going to the right of the amphitheater - there is a large boulder in the water for kids to climb on.
Chip’s communication was top notch as well. Will definitely be back! Great vacation.
